MABABA. 让贸易更加简单

On-site services · China's toy clusters

Someone at the factory.
Before the container leaves.

Most importers do not have an office in China. We connect you with independent inspectors who live in the cluster where your factory sits — for an audit before you order, presence while it is being made, or a check before it ships.

No platform fee. You pay the inspector directly. We only match and stay in the loop.

Four things we get asked for

All four are done by people who live within driving distance of the factory — not flown in from another province.

Factory audit

Before you place the order. Real capacity, equipment, workforce, certificates, and whether the trading company you are talking to actually owns the workshop.

Production supervision

Days or weeks on site while your goods run. Daily photos, output count, and a call when something drifts from the agreed spec.

Pre-shipment inspection

AQL sampling, measurements, function test, carton and shipping marks, drop test where it applies. Done before the container is sealed.

Loading supervision

Count cartons, check marks against the packing list, photograph the container number and the seal. The cheapest insurance in the whole order.

How it works

  1. STEP 01

Tell us the factory and the dates

Factory name, city, what you want checked, and when. If you only have a city and a supplier's WeChat, that is enough to start.

  2. STEP 02

    We match a local inspector

Someone based in that cluster, who has worked your category. You get their profile, day rate and availability — no name-dropping of companies they used to work for.

  3. STEP 03

    You approve the quote

Fixed total, agreed scope. Travel is quoted separately and at cost. You pay the inspector directly; we do not add a commission.

  4. STEP 04

Report within 24 hours of the visit

Photos, findings, defect classification, and a clear pass / fail / re-inspect recommendation. In English, with the Chinese original where it matters.

What a report actually contains

The scope is agreed before anyone travels. These are the things buyers ask for most.

Sampling

AQL 2.5 / 4.0 by default, or your own plan. Sample size, accept / reject numbers, and every defect photographed and classified as critical, major or minor.

Measurements

Key dimensions against your spec sheet or the approved sample. Out-of-tolerance parts measured, not guessed.

Packaging & marks

Carton strength, inner packing, barcode scan, shipping marks against the packing list, and the container / seal number at loading.

Certificates, labelling and age-grading checks can be added — EN71, ASTM F963, CPSIA — but say so up front. An inspector cannot certify a lab test, and anyone who offers to is selling you paper.

Request an inspector

Tell us where and when. We reply with a matched inspector and a fixed quote, usually within one business day.

Your details are only shared with the inspector once they accept the job — and you get theirs at the same moment: name, email and phone, in writing. Confirm scope and dates by email, so there is one record of what was agreed.

Are you an inspector?

If you live near a toy cluster, know the categories made there, and have done factory audits or pre-shipment checks before, we are taking registrations. You set your own day rate; we bring the requests.
